Inquiries and Quotes

Once you inquire about a cake, cupcakes or treats, we will provide a few ideas to meet your needs. Your order is not confirmed until full payment is received. We will send a final quote. Please review it carefully and confirm we have all the details correct, especially name, age, or other personal elements.

Payment

Payment is accepted by Venmo @Frostin-In-Boston (https://account.venmo.com/u/frostin-in-boston) or we can send you an invoice to be paid with credit card.

Full payment is required to reserve your selected date. Your cake is not confirmed until payment is received and we do not reserve dates without full payment.

Changes to your order such as size, style, or colors can usually be accomodated if we are provided with at least 1 week notice. No modificartions will be accepted within one week of your order.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

If you cancel/rechedule more than 1 week before the event, we will refund 50% of your order total. We will hold the remainder as credit for a future or rescheduled order. We cannot guarantee date availability for rescheduled orders.

Cancellations less than one week ahead cannot be partially refunded or rescheduleded. Most cakes and cupcakes can be frozen for later enjoyment if your event is cancelled or postponed.

If we need to cancel for any reason you will be refunded the full amount you paid and receive a discount for a future oder.

Pick up and Delivery

Orders will be picked up at agreed upon time or can be delivered for an additional fee.

Frostin In Boston is not responsible for any damage which is caused by improper transportation or care. Please review care card with your order to ensure you handle the treats correctly.

Pick-ups and deliveries must be completed within 15 minutes of agreed upon time. If you are running late please text ‪(617) 419-0624‬. After 15 minutes we will leave most orders in a mini-fridge for you. If the item does not fit into the mini-fridge we cannot guarantee availability for pick-up.
