Inquiries and Quotes

Once you inquire about a cake, cupcakes or treats, we will provide a few ideas to meet your needs. We will hold the date for up to three days for you without a deposit. After three days, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date.

We will send a final quote. Please review it carefully and confirm we have all the details correct, especially name, age, or other personal elements.

Payment

Payment is accepted by Venmo @FrostinInBoston or can be sent via a Square Invoice.

For orders more than 10 days in advance: Full payment or a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your order hold your date. The remaining balance will be due 5-9 days before the pick-up date. We will let you know when payment is due depending on complexity of order and materials we need to order.

For orders less than 10 days in advance: Full payment is required to place your order.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule before your final payment is made, the 50% non-refundable deposit will be held as credit for a future or rescheduled order. Please note, we cannot guarantee date availability for future or rescheduled orders.

After the final payment is made, we cannot accommodate cancellations or reschedule. Most cakes and cupcakes can be frozen for later enjoyment if your event is cancelled after final payment is made.

If we need to cancel for any reason you will be refunded the full amount you paid and receive a discount for a future oder.

Pick up and Delivery

Orders can either be picked up at an agreed upon time from 88 Harvard Ave Medford or delivered to desired location for an additional fee. Exact timing must be agreed upon before order date.

We will provide a card with instructions on how to care for your cake or cupcakes. Frostin In Boston is not responsible for any damage which is caused by improper transportation or care.

If we are delivering your order please ensure there is someone available at the agreed upon time to receive your order. Please see below for late fees if we must wait to deliver your order.

We know life happens! Please be mindful we are a small operation so pick-ups and deliveries must be completed within 20 minutes of agreed upon time. If you are running late please text ‪(617) 419-0624‬. If you will be more than 20 minutes late, a fee will be due immediately (via Venmo or cash) before you receive the order.

  • 20-30 minutes late: $20 charge
  • 30-45 minutes late: $30 charge
  • More than 45 minutes late we cannot guarantee availability, additional fees apply and alternative arrangements may need to be made
